Scapes Incorporated is seeking candidates for Landscape Sales. The right candidate will be a self-motivated, disciplined individual who thrives on achieving goals. At Scapes Incorporated, the landscape sales team is responsible for meeting new clients and starting them on the path to making their dreams a reality.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Determining the scope of work

• Identifying potential problem areas in the yard such as drainage, irrigation, sun exposure, etc.

• Client’s intended purpose of the space

• Attending design presentation meetings/revision meetings

• Gathering estimates from subcontractors

• Delivering accurate project estimates

• Working with the production team to communicate start dates with clients

 

Experience in plant knowledge, residential outdoor living, and construction is ideal. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GIS is preferrable.
